Piedmont airlines (a division of American Airlines) has been busy spreading kindness! One of the goals of their Diversity and Inclusion division is to develop and grow employee resource groups that align with American Airlines strategy and their practices. On February 19th, three of their new employee resource groups (Latin Diversity Network, Military, and Black Professionals Network) made the first community outreach and kindness event a reality. Over forty homeless individuals enjoyed some items donated by each group at the local Emergency Community Shelter in Salisbury, MD (home of their headquarters). AMAZING!!!
